Group Runs & Club Socials!
The Arlington Striders Running Club is committed to the running community. Part of our mission is to be more than just a running club. We want to be a home where runners come to socialize, to train, and to learn more about fitness. Our socials, group runs, walks, and speed workouts are a chance for all runners to do just that. One way we promote running is to list and organizes weekly group runs in the heart of DFW Texas. (Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Dallas)

All of our group runs are free, social and open to the public. All ages, paces and abilities are welcome at every Group run and Training run. So come on out to any of the runs for some fun training and to see what it's all about!
We are currently training for all kinds of races, fun runs and events so as the seasons change so does when and where we have training runs, social group runs and walks. So check back for updates!

Bowman Springs Park Arlington, Texas 76016. Location & Course Maps! We do group runs on the roads and around the park at Lake Arlington. We do distances from 2 to 10 miles. We have free bananas and bottled water for after the run! Plus bring your folding chairs to sit, eat, drink, chat and have some social time! |

S. J. Stovall Park. 2800 West Sublett Road Arlington, Texas 76001 Location & Course Maps! We do easy pace group runs on, in and around the park, with people running distances from 1 to 10+ miles. We have free bananas and bottled water for after the group run! There is a covered sitting area with tables and bathrooms. We'll sit, eat, drink, chat and have some social time! Be sure to bring warm dry clothes to change into for after the runs. |

We update training, events, workout and group runs no later than an hour before the event or run if we will have to cancel or by the afternoon of the event or run if there will be a location or time change. So check back for updates!
