Welcome to the Arlington Striders.
We're a fun loving club that's dedicated to wellness, camaraderie, recreational and competitive running. We get together for training runs, volunteering and social events! We have Speed & Track training clinics, also half and marathon training programs.
Our club has members who are experienced runners and have years of training under their belts, they participate in races from the Mile to the Marathon, as well as Ultras, Triathlons, Cross Country and Track. We even have a RRCA Certified Running Coach who has been coaching for over 17 years, and has helped many club members to qualify for both the Boston Marathon and the ING New York City Marathon!
As a grass roots active club our purpose is to create a place for runners to train and share their knowledge with each other, the opportunity to volunteer and help out, and to promote and build up the running community. But most importantly our club's primary objective is to motivate and encourage one another and train together so no one has to run alone.
